A campaign named #HappyToBleed has been launched to counter sexism and taboos related to menstruation. The Happy to Bleed page on Facebook run by a young woman named Nikita Azad, responded sternly and asked fellow believers to join in.

The campaign asks supporters to hold Menstruation merchandise and signs saying ‘Happy to Bleed’ to strictly oppose the humiliation surrounding this absolutely normal biological phenomenon.
